How it Works

(1) The Customer needs a replacement Car Part.
(2) The Customer completes an on-line form at www.pottsautoparts.com requesting the part needed.
(3) The part request is sent to a nationwide network of salvage dealers via email.
(4) If the part is available, the dealer contacts the customer and completes the transaction.
(5) The salvage dealer ships the part to the customer.
