Warranty

POTTS AUTO PARTS WARRANTY IS AS FOLLOWS:
We have a standard 30 day parts exchange only warranty. Without exception, Potts Auto Parts or any of
it's affiliates will not pay any amount for repair of parts sold to buyer, nor will Potts Auto Parts or any of it's
affiliates pay the labor costs incurred by buyer in removing, replacing or repairing parts sold. Potts Auto
Parts or any of it's affiliates will not pay any other incurred expenses. This warranty only covers parts and
Potts Auto Parts is not responsible for any Labor whatsoever for any reason.

Refund Policy
All Special Order items are not returnable
All refunds on merchandise paid by cash will require a copy of the original invoice. Items paid by check will
require a 14 business day waiting period or copy of cancelled check.
Seller not responsible for buyers error
We will not warranty any parts that are shipped back without you calling and speaking with us first for
approval and details on where we want the part shipped back to.

Guarantee Policy
Sheet metal and tires are sold “AS IS”
All other parts are guaranteed for 30 days to work properly.
All defective parts must be brought to the seller’s attention immediately.                                                                     
Guarantee is voided and parts are not returnable if used for modification and performance applications or
parts taken apart.
Guarantee is to replace defective part with another of the same part. No cash refunds unless we do not
have the replacement part available, All refunds are at Potts Auto Parts discretion.
Guarantee is void on all parts that have had a heat tab attached to them by seller that shows signs of part
being overheated, or on parts where buyer removes such tab
Engines and transmissions are drained of all fluids prior to sale in most cases. Sometimes we may send
you an engine or transmissions from one of our distributors so it will always be the buyer's responsibility to
check and see if the fluids have been drained or not.
Always pull the sparkplugs out of engine before you attempt to turn the engine over the first
time.                    Used engines are guaranteed not to have a cracked block, head, or bad crankshaft.
Used engines are guaranteed against rod knock, excessive oil consumption, and excessive smoking.
Low fluid level, failure to install new filter (AT only), broken front pump, or improper installation voids all
warranties.It is recommended that the buyer replace and or inspect front and rear main seals, filters and
any gaskets prior to installation.

Special Orders
Deposits or special orders are non-refundable
50% deposit of purchase price is required on special orders before ordering can be done
Deposits left past 30 days are void

Purchasers
Agrees to pay all collection and attorney fees and costs in connection with collection of this invoice
All checks returned unpaid are subject to a $25.00 fee
All defective parts must be brought to the seller’s attention immediately.
